I stay up late at night a lot of tines to enjoy some unproductive entertainment. I felt that I push myself hard the entire day a feel like I deserve some kind of reward for it. somehow, the reward is satisfying, but it leaves me with an unfinished work and temporary satisfaction. I wake up feeling tired and groggy day after day, yet I still continue to do it. I need to know how to solve this problem. Ita affecting my capability in the day time to function effectively.
So here it goes.
